1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files or similar technologies that may be stored on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website. They can enable shopping-cart and login functions, remember preferences and, with appropriate consent, support analytics or marketing.

2. Legal framework and consent

Our use of cookies is governed by the applicable Electronic Communications Law, the Personal Data Protection Law and relevant implementing rules of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Cookies that are not necessary for the requested service should not be activated before you receive clear information and provide valid consent. Strictly necessary cookies may be used without separate consent where they are required to transmit a communication or provide a function or service you explicitly requested.

3. Categories of cookies

• Strictly necessary cookies – required for the cart, checkout, login, security, fraud prevention and storage of cookie choices.
• Functional cookies – remember preferences such as language, currency or other settings.
• Analytics cookies – help us understand website use and improve performance.
• Marketing cookies – may be used for campaign measurement, advertising and personalisation.
• Third-party or embedded-service technologies – for example video, maps, payment or other external content, where such services are enabled.

4. Managing consent

On your first visit, a cookie banner or settings panel may be displayed. You should be able to accept or reject non-essential cookies and select categories. Withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it.

Core store functionality should not be conditional on accepting analytics or marketing cookies.

5. Third-party cookies

The website may integrate third-party services such as payment systems, analytics, video, maps or social networks. Those providers may set their own cookies only in accordance with your consent settings and applicable law. The reference to a category or external service in this Policy does not mean that it is necessarily active at all times.

6. Cookie list and duration

The current list of active cookies, including provider, purpose and duration, should be available in the “Cookie Settings” panel or an automatically updated table on the website. Cookies may be session-only or remain for a defined period depending on their purpose.

7. Browser settings

Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies. If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, the cart, login or other essential website functions may not work correctly.

8. Personal data

Where cookies involve processing of personal data, that processing is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy when technologies, services or legal requirements change. For questions about cookies, contact us at contact@dsparketi.com.
